Shipping Method – Time – Cost

1. Orders are shipped within two to seven (2–7) business days from the moment your order is processed and payment details are verified.
2. Orders are prepared and shipped exclusively from Monday to Friday. Orders are not prepared or shipped on weekends, national holidays, or public holidays.
3. For domestic (within Greece) shipments: Shipping is free for orders delivered within Greece. The courier companies we work with for domestic deliveries are Speedex Courier and ACS Courier, and there is also the option to pick up your order from a BOX NOW locker. After your order is handed over to one of the above couriers you select during checkout, we will either notify you via email with the tracking number for your order so you can track its location at any time, or you will receive a message (sms or viber) from BOX NOW with a 6-digit PIN code to collect your order from the automatic locker.
4. For international (outside Greece) shipments: Shipping costs vary depending on the destination country of the order. The courier companies we collaborate with for international shipments are DHL and UPS. Once your order is delivered to the courier company, they will notify you of the tracking number for your order, so you can track its location at any time. If your order is delivered to a non-EU country, the total amount of the order does not include any duties or taxes that may be imposed upon delivery by the shipping company. The payment of these duties and taxes is necessary to release your products from customs. Customs duties and taxes are calculated based on the products you have ordered, the destination, and the total value of your purchase. For more information, please contact your local customs office. These duties and taxes are non-refundable. If for any reason your package is rejected by customs, we cannot refund the actual shipping cost and/or the taxes and duties that were imposed.
5. The shipping costs and estimated delivery times for orders are as follows:

Return/Exchange of Products – Right of Withdrawal

1. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, products can be returned within fourteen (14) calendar days from the delivery date of your order, and you can choose between: (i) exchanging the product or size, (ii) receiving a credit voucher, or (iii) receiving a refund. For the return to be accepted, all products must be in excellent condition with their tags and original packaging.
2. Returns are not accepted for custom-made personalized products or for products labeled as “NON-RETURNABLE” in their description, in accordance with the law.
3. The Company reserves the right to refuse to accept returns that do not meet the return conditions outlined in these Terms of Use. In case of unauthorized or unacceptable returns, the products will be returned to the shipping address of the original order.

(i) Product or Size Exchange: Products can be exchanged for any available different size or product from the Website.

(ii) Issuance of a Credit Voucher: A credit voucher can be issued, which can be used within six (6) months from the date of issuance. The credit voucher is sent via email in the form of a discount code, which you can enter at the corresponding field during checkout. When entered, the amount credited to the discount code is deducted from the total of the order. The credit voucher can only be used for purchases made directly from our Company (see section D above) and not from partner stores (physical or online) that carry the Company’s products.

(iii) Refund (Right of Withdrawal): Refunds are processed within 8–10 business days from the moment the returned products are received and inspected by the Company, and the amount is credited to your bank account. If the order was marked as a gift, refunds are not possible, and the gift recipient must choose either a product/size exchange or a credit voucher. Any interbank transaction fees are solely your responsibility.

4. Return Costs: Returns for orders shipped within Greece are free of charge, exclusively with the courier company SPEEDEX. When delivering the package with the returned products to the courier, you must select “Recipient’s Charge.” The free return option is limited to one return per order. If you choose a different courier than SPEEDEX, you are responsible for the shipping costs. In case of returns from a country outside Greece, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs, as well as any customs clearance fees, taxes, and duties.
5. Return Instructions: To return products, you must:

• • Pack the products you wish to return.
  • Complete the return form found inside the package you received. Alternatively, you can print the return form from the Return Form link.

6. We do not accept returns sent via the Greek Post (ELTA) due to frequent losses and significant delays.
7. In case an invoice has been issued, the right of withdrawal from the order and refund is not available, as the business to which the invoice was issued does not fall under the definition of a consumer as per article 1A of Law 2251/1994.
8. In case of returning products for a refund, which were purchased using a gift card, the refund amount will be credited back to a gift card up to the amount of the original purchase.
