CAMERA ROLL FROM COPENHAGEN
Copenhagen is considered to be one of the prettiest cities in Europe although it may not get as many tourists as other European cities do. This was my first visit to the Danish capital and it was love at first sight. There is something very mesmerizing about Copenhagen; perhaps it’s the food culture, the idyllic canals, the innovative architecture, the uber-cool spirit of the locals, the underground nightlife or the bike-friendly roads. All of these things make me want to visit Copenhagen again. I’m so excited to share this amazing 4-day journey with you! Enjoy xx
I was overwhelmed by the designated bike lanes, which made cycling a wonderful way to get around the city. Cycling is deeply rooted in the Danish culture and the Danes have made it a symbol of their identity and energy. My Corey Pants, my favorite Harlow Shirt and the Schiffer Cardigan, paired with leather boots and a bright green beanie were the perfect fashionable choice for my bike ride.

Later on, we decided to experience Danish nightlife hopping from one underground bar to another. This time I dressed up in my Harlow Shirt, styling it over the Harlow Jumpsuit and pairing it with over-the-knee leather boots and sparkly earrings for the glam. We had so much fun sipping fabulous cocktails and dancing the night away. I’ll always remember this incredible night and the memories we made.
Traditional bakeries are very popular in Copenhagen. While searching for delicious sourdough bread, freshly baked croissants, pastries and hot steaming coffee, we came across the most famous bakery in the city, BUKA. The round, marble tables and vintage, retro chairs outside the shop made it the perfect spot to photograph my outfit. My Sandrin Crème Dress and my Christy Jacket, teamed with a pair of chunky sneakers were perfect for this urban frame.
Copenhagen has been named the World’s Capital of Architecture for 2023, and I could not agree more. The Danes make their interior spaces look so good, no wonder it has started to draw international attention. Surrounded by ultra-modern architecture, I was in awe of every corner of this alternative city. Everything looks so clean and polished. Design is everywhere, from tote bags and park benches to interior lighting. Having said that, I found a set of three pendant lamps inside a local shop, perfect for my apartment in Athens, and I just could not leave Copenhagen without them. They will always remind me of this amazing trip.

Trendy street food markets and meat or vegan food halls have been popping up around Copenhagen over the past few years. Whether it is traditional Danish dishes or something from around the globe such as burgers, you will definitely find gastronomic treasures in this modern city. I must mention the Gasoline Grill Burger Bar with its simple menu and mouthwatering burgers. The quality and taste were so much better than any other burger chain.
During my stay, I was amazed by how effortlessly chic the Danes are; relaxed denim, casual t-shirts, and long, silhouetted coats. There is something so elegant, classy and almost soothing about the uncomplicated. A common Danish stereotype is that everyone there has a stylish wardrobe of black, grey and beige clothes which I can totally confirm! My Sharon Crème Coat blended in so well with those surroundings and those vibes.
